Your agreement with Kingofrs includes these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.

We require verification documents as needed when your risk score on our website is to high, these include:

-Phone call

-Email and or text verifications

-Paypal Receipt

-Credit score check(If possible)

-Government issued documents or ID

-Other verification as deemed needed by Kingofrs.com

Kingofrs.com reserves the right to hold these funds up to 48 hours if the needed documentation cannot be provided. We will not do business with you if you cannot provide proper documentation.


 DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If you have a delivery problem with kingofrs.com please contact our livechat support or make a ticket!

Disputing or charging back a payment while awaiting us resolving the problem by us will result in the termination of support offered by kingofrs.com to you.

BAN/SERVICE LIABILITY

Kingofrs/Kingofrs.com will not be held liable for any bans and or punishments in any form that occur due to the usage of our services; This includes loss of wealth, rwt bans, name snipes, botting bans, rule breaking bans, manual bans, damages to stats or other damages done to your virtual account and any and all other punishments possible on Runescape or RSPS.

STOLEN WEALTH/ACCOUNT SECURITY

REFUNDS

Refunds will be done by Kingofrs.com's owner. Refunds may take up to 3 business days(72 hours - Not including Holidays) to be issued and may take longer to return back to you(Up to 28 days depending on payment method) you agree that by making a purchase through kingofrs.com that you will not accuse or file a report against kingofrs.com or it's owners for a delayed refund that we have no control over. Starting a dispute or chargeback will result in the instant termination of any support relating to your refund.
